KCP does not automatically store your payment information unless you choose to do so as a convenience for the event of future website visits. Additionally, KCP does not have access to the payment information you may input as part of the Checkout process. The payment information you enter is encrypted (as described above) and transferred directly to your financial institution via the payment process you choose at Checkout, e.g. PayPal, Stripe, etc. Our Website servers will only capture the last 4 digits of any card number you may enter for the purpose of identifying the method with which your order was processed and/or responding to an inquiry on your part as to the mode of payment you may have used for a particular purchase.
Less critical personal information such as your Name, Address, and Telephone Number are stored on our servers for the purpose of fulfilling a product order you may have placed on the KCP website and to maintain compliance with customer review and look back protocols when necessary. Only Administrator level personnel at KCP have access to this information which is secured and passcode protected.
We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
