Fairhope Pharmacy

I recall when the owners of the pharmacy made the announcement a number of years back that a renovation of the exterior was in the making. That announcement was met with disbelief by a large segment of the Fairhope community. How could one even think of altering such an iconic piece of city history.

When all was said and done, however, the result was quite surprising. The photo below was taken just after 8 p.m. one Winter evening in 2017. The lights from the tree in the foreground silhouette the facade of the renovated building in grand fashion!
